The staff were helpful, always ready to assist us with requests like wifi codes and local tips, even with our limited Spanish.
The shower temperature fluctuated significantly, uncomfortable to use .

It was a good location.
The woman on reception in the daytime was pretty rude, miserable and impatient. Did not make us feel welcome at all. The man on in the evening however was friendly and helpful.

Stayed there for trip and had a fine experience, so I would stay here again. Check in was efficient, hotel was gorgeous, locations was magnificent excellant in the restaurant downstairs. Location: the property was adjacent to the promenade for breakfast, centre and la Canada Shopping center.

Just a decent option for a fleeting pause in Marbella with great value for money. The receptionist quickly resolved an issue we had with the safe in our room. Make sure to check if half board includes lunch during off-season times.

We received a free breakfast in compensation to the uncleaned room
Unfriendly staff at reception, probably because we stayed only for one night, we got an uncleaned room on the first floor, loud traffic, close to main street. Ala la carte breakfast

Great central location for Marbella. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars and just around the corner from the beautiful Oldtown. The staff of the hotel where very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern with a nice quiet air conditioning system. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

would come again
Room was fantastic with good air conditioning, a nice balcony overlooking the street, and a modern shower with strong water pressure. The bed was comfy, linens were fresh, and the décor was contemporary. Breakfast included fresh fruits and a lovely café setup. Plus, the tango events twice a week gave a unique touch to the stay.

Good location, a few minutes walk from the old town and the availability of car parking
Expensive parking space; dirty bathroom, very basic facility, poor a/c unit (too noisy and quite dirty), poor staff attitude.
